Verify a license
Enter a license number or company name to see whether it is on the official registry of companies licensed to use the Egyptian Cotton™ logo, and what its license status is today. If it cannot be verified, treat the claim with caution and contact the association.

What each result means
The check reads the license status and expiry date held in the registry on today’s date. The small label on each card is the heading shown in the result box.
Accredited
The license is valid on today’s date and the company is licensed to use the mark.
Expired
The license is on record but its expiry date has passed, so contact the association to confirm the company’s current status.
Suspended
The license is suspended, and the company may not use the mark while it is suspended.
Blacklisted
The company was found falsely using the mark or illegally displaying the logo, and its goods are not verified as Egyptian cotton.
Not on the registry
The reference does not match any license number or company name on the registry.
More than one record
The name matches more than one registry record, and each record has its own license status. Search by the license number to find the one record.
Suspended and blacklisted companies both show “Not licensed”. The suspended licenses and blacklisted companies pages show which applies.
